Joining the expanding vcfo team in Houston is Krupa Amlani, Consulting CFO.
Bringing with her more than 17 years of experience, Krupa is adept at managing investor relations and fostering strong employee teamwork across disciplines. She balances superb communication abilities with a deep understanding of business operations and revenue discipline.
Whenever things change organizationally or on the balance sheet, Krupa is the calm, steady hand ensuring stability, consistency and quality in accounting and finance. Beyond growth planning and cash-flow analysis, she often finds herself leading the contract negotiations with partners and vendors for her employer.
Krupa specializes in offering clients a forest-for-the-trees perspective, clear and concise advice based on detailed financial projections.
Prior to joining vcfo, Krupa was senior vice president for a Houston-based cloud storage company. She led the development of the initial public offering financial package, developing financial projections and coordinating with investment bankers, third-party accountants, lawyers, and auditors. Krupa also managed relations with over one hundred angel investors.
Other career highlights include raising $10M within eight months of starting at another company to help support its growth. In addition, Krupa directed the company’s international finance and accounting team. Equally comfortable working with private and public companies, Krupa has even helped a public company convert to pink sheet to reduce reporting and operating expenses.
While controller for a psychiatric services firm in Houston, Krupa managed all the accounts for its seven subsidiaries, working closely with each regional director.
Krupa volunteers for Sewa International and Feed the Hungry. An avid cook, Krupa is always seeking the next amazing vegetarian recipe to try with her family.
