Jeanine Pollard has joined the people operations and HR team to serve vcfo Austin clients.
Jeanine Pollard is a senior people operations professional with broad experience across human resource disciplines. She is particularly skilled in the areas of compensation, benefits, and compliance. Further, Jeanine is highly experienced in analyzing organizational needs, managing performance, and creating effective solutions that maximize efficiency. She has a proven ability to collaborate and communicate with workers at all levels in order to best drive and facilitate the integration of the total rewards function within the overall business operations strategy.
Jeanine started out as an HR analyst in the Texas State Auditor’s office, maintaining the State’s compensation plan for 150,000 employees. There, she secured greater flexibility for 150 state agencies in administering human resource functions by influencing the Legislature to adopt changes to the State Classification Plan and human resources laws and regulations.
She then served as a senior compensation analyst for Activant Solutions, Multimedia Games, and Seton Healthcare Network. Then also she served as the director of HR for Actian Corporation, where she developed and implemented a new performance management system and managed a multinational staff in her decade there.
She has also overseen the compensation and benefits functions for Builder Homesite, helped Arrive logistics transition to Workday, and provided senior compensation analyst services for Radian, where she also revamped the salary structure for the sales department.
Jeanine, a native Texan, has lived in the Austin area for 30 years. She enjoys hiking, rock hounding, and exploring new places. She also enjoys spending time with her two beautiful rescued Belgian Malinois, and she’s always up for Tex-Mex!
