vcfo Austin team expands to include Clint Rogers, Senior Consultant.
Clint Rogers is a senior finance professional with more than 20 years of experience overseeing financial teams and guiding them through strategic planning, analysis, and forecasting in order to increase revenue and profitability. He takes a proactive role in monitoring organizations and identifying areas of potential improvement. Clint offers versatility and key strengths such as operations management, financial management, mergers & acquisitions, and revenue growth. He also has substantial experience helping teams reorganize businesses and processes, preparing and reviewing financial documentation, and overseeing daily, monthly, year-end accounting and tax preparation, and compliance controls.
Clint started out as an assistant controller for Capstar Broadcasting, where he participated in what was then the largest IPO in history. Over the years, he advanced to work as vice president of finance for JNC Construction and later as CFO for AJCC Holdings. He also has 5+ years as an independent financial consultant, helping multiple clients develop and implement accounting and organizational processes.
He has extensive experience in the restaurant and food services industries, including companies such as Triad Food Services and Austin Java / AJCC Holdings. For the latter, he operated five restaurants, a coffee-roasting facility, and a beer brewery.
Clint is a proud husband and father. If he’s not on the golf course, he can be found cooking, fishing, and spending time with his wife at their house on the coast.
